1. Return Procedure
All returns must be shipped to the MonacoRC headquarters, where items will be inspected to verify eligibility for return or refund. The return package must include a sheet with customer details, order number, returned product, reason for return, and refund or replacement preference. Returns missing this information may not be accepted.
2. B2C Customers
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the product. Refunds may be full or partial depending on product condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, while standard outbound shipping costs are refunded.
Defective Products
In case of manufacturing defects, customers may choose between full refund or replacement. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
3. B2B Customers
The right of withdrawal does not apply to VAT-registered customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Important Notes
RC Racing Products
Racing products are subject to high wear and stress. Damage due to improper use or competition is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5. Refund Timing
Refunds are issued within 14 days after inspection.
6. Exclusions
Customized, damaged, or incomplete products are excluded.
