Shipping
All orders placed on our e-commerce are shipped by Sunpadow Europe exclusively via tracked couriers, selected according to the destination country and the type of shipment required. The choice of courier is made directly by Sunpadow Europe in order to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with applicable transport regulations.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours from payment confirmation. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, estimated delivery times are 24-72 business hours for most destinations within Europe.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, time of year, and possible logistical checks.
Battery Shipping
As we sell batteries only, all shipments are carried out in compliance with international regulations for the transport of regulated goods. Batteries require the use of approved carriers and, for safety and regulatory reasons, ground shipping is often preferred. As a result, delivery times may occasionally vary slightly compared to standard shipments.
Shipping Costs
B2C Customers - Consumers: Shipping costs are flat-rate, as indicated during the checkout process.
B2B Customers - Professionals and Companies: For orders placed with a VAT number, a fixed shipping cost is applied at checkout, which in most cases is appropriate based on the destination and order type. If, following logistical verification, it becomes necessary to adjust the shipping cost, the customer will be contacted before order fulfillment to agree on the settlement of any price difference.
Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a notification with a tracking number, allowing the shipment to be monitored until delivery.
